Healing ear prayers

I had a dream I was at a gathering at my church. However, there is an Arabic speaking group that meets on Friday evenings and for some reason I thought it was their meeting. It was a powerful meeting and almost all the seats for full. They encouraged those who needed physical healing to bring forward their requests. Next to me was an Asian woman who somehow informed me she was deaf.

I began praying for her boldly. Laying hands on both of her ears. I was speaking in tongues and after a few minutes, I asked if she could hear anything?

She could not.

I was then drawn to an earpiece which resembled a small box on the ground. I told her to take this to her ear specialist and ask the Dr. for some recalibration then to report back.

I remember thinking, I am sending her to to her Doctor for complete healing.

This morning the word that resounds-

Those who have ears; Let them hear.

Seven times in the Greek Scriptures, and only from the lips of the Lord Jesus, there occurs the expression "If any man have ears to hear, let him hear!"

... The rest hear the words, but do not grasp the meaning;

the multitude have no ears to hear, all will be wasted upon them.

Another great article I found by James Raist

But let's delve into the Scripture itself.

And...of coarse, this passage Matthew 13 is jam packed!

The Parable of the Sower (Mark 4:1-9; Luke 8:4-15)

1That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the sea. 2Such large crowds gathered around Him that He got into a boat and sat down, while all the people stood on the shore.

3And He told them many things in parables, saying, “A farmer went out to sow his seed. 4As he was sowing, some seeds fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured them.

5Some fell on rocky ground, where they did not have much soil. They sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow. 6But when the sun rose, the seedlings were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.7Other seeds fell among the thorns, which grew up and choked the seedlings.

8Still other seeds fell on good soil and produced a crop—a hundredfold, sixtyfold, or thirtyfold.

9He who has ears,a let him hear.”

The Purpose of Jesus' Parables (Mark 4:10-12)10Then the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Why do You speak to the people in parables?”11He replied, “The knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. 12Whoever has will be given more, and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. 13This is why I speak to them in parables:

‘Though seeing, they do not see;though hearing, they do not hear or understand.’14In them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled:‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding;you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.15For this people’s heart has grown callous; they hardly hear with their ears,and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts,and turn, and I would heal them.’16But blessed are your eyes because they see, and your ears because they hear. 17For truly I tell you, many prophets and righteous men longed to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.

The Parable of the Sower Explained (Mark 4:13-20) 18Consider, then, the parable of the sower: 19When anyone hears the message of the kingdom but does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed sown along the path. 20The seed sown on rocky ground is the one who hears the word and promptly receives it with joy.21But since he has no root, he remains for only a season. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away. 22The seed sown among the thorns is the one who hears the word, but the worries of this world and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. 23But the seed sown on good soil is the one who hears the word and understands it. He indeed bears fruit and produces a crop—a hundredfold, sixtyfold, or thirtyfold.”

The Parable of the Weeds (Ezekiel 17:1-10) 24Jesus presented another parable to them: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. 25But while everyone was asleep, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and slipped away. 26When the wheat sprouted and bore grain, then the weeds also appeared. 27The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’ 28‘An enemy did this,’ he replied. So the servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’ 29‘No,’ he said, ‘if you pull the weeds now, you might uproot the wheat with them. 30Let both grow together until the harvest. At the proper time I will tell the harvesters, “First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat into my barn.”’”

The Parable of the Mustard Seed (Mark 4:30-34; Luke 13:18-19)

31Jesus put before them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed that a man planted in his field. 32Although it is the smallest of all seeds, yet it grows into the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches.”

The Parable of the Leaven (Judges 20:18-23; 2 Samuel 2:12-32; 2 Chronicles 13:4-19; Luke 13:20-21)

33He told them still another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like yeast that a woman took and mixed into three measures of flour, until all of it was leavened.”I will Open My Mouth in Parables (Psalm 78:1-72) 34Jesus spoke all these things to the crowds in parables. He did not tell them anything without using a parable. 35So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet:“I will open My mouth in parables;I will utter things hidden since the foundation of the world.”

The Parable of the Weeds Explained (Zephaniah 1:1-6)

36Then Jesus dismissed the crowds and went into the house. His disciples came to Him and said, “Explain to us the parable of the weeds in the field.”37He replied, “The One who sows the good seed is the Son of Man. 38The field is the world, and the good seed represents the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, 39and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels.40As the weeds are collected and burned in the fire, so will it be at the end of the age. 41The Son of Man will send out His angels, and they will weed out of His kingdom every cause of sin and all who practice lawlessness. 42And they will throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 43Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father.He who has ears,d let him hear.

The Parables of the Treasure and Pearl (Matthew 6:19-21)44The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and in his joy he went and sold all he had and bought that field.

45Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant in search of fine pearls. 46When he found one very precious pearl, he went away and sold all he had and bought it.

The Parable of the Net (Matthew 4:18-22; Mark 1:16-20; Luke 5:1-11; John 1:35-42)

47Once again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet that was cast into the sea and caught fish of every kind. 48When it was full, the men pulled it ashore. Then they sat down and sorted the good fish into containers, but threw the bad away.

49So will it be at the end of the age: The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous, 50and throw them into the fiery furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

51Have you understood all these things?”“Yes,” they answered.52Then He told them, “For this reason, every scribe who has been discipled in the kingdom of heaven is like a homeowner who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old.”

The Rejection at Nazareth (Isaiah 61:1-11; Matthew 2:19-23; Mark 6:1-6; Luke 2:39-40; Luke 4:16-30)

53When Jesus had finished these parables, He withdrew from that place. 54Coming to His hometown, He taught the people in their synagogue, and they were astonished. “Where did this man get such wisdom and miraculous powers?” they asked. 55“Is this not the carpenter’s son? Isn’t His mother’s name Mary, and aren’t His brothers James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas? 56Aren’t all His sisters with us as well? Where then did this man get all these things?” 57And they took offense at Him.

But Jesus said to them, “Only in his hometown and in his own household is a prophet without honor.”58And He did not do many miracles there, because of their unbelief.

When I read the first part of this text. I think Corn. As I seek the Lord for what Corn represents, I hear the word Harvest.

According to The Divinity Code by Adrian Beale and Adam Thompson, Corn represents the Word of God, Beleive and Spiritual Fruit, referencing Mark 4:28 All by itself the earth produces a crop—first the stalk, then the head, then grain that ripens within. 29And as soon as the grain is ripe, he swings the sickle, because the harvest has come.

Building off of yesterdays word, I beleive the Lord is calling for Harvest season within the churches.

When I actually research the meaning of corn online though, I find something very surprising...

Spiritual Meaning of Corn= New Wine

That new wine signifies the derivative natural truth, is evident from the signification of corn, as being good; and from the signification of new wine, as being truth; which when predicated of the natural signify natural good and truth, and then bread and wine are predicated of the rational. That bread is celestial good, see above, (AC 276, 680, 1798, 2165, 2177, 3464, 3478); and that wine is what is spiritual, thus truth from good, (AC 1071, 1798).

[2] That corn and new wine have this signification, may be seen also from the following passages in the Word. In Haggai:--

The heavens are closed from dew, and the earth is closed from her produce. And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine; and upon that which the ground bringeth forth (Haggai 1:10, 11);

where drought denotes a lack of dew and of rain, thus a lack of truth derived from any good; drought upon the corn is a lack of good and drought upon the new wine is a lack of truth. In Moses:--

Israel shall dwell securely, alone at the fountain of Jacob in a land of corn and new wine; yea, his heavens shall drop down dew (Deut. 33:28);

alone denotes those who are not infested by evils and falsities (AC 139, 471); a land of corn and new wine denotes the good and truth of the church.

[3] In Hosea:--

I will be as the dew unto Israel; he shall bud forth as the lily, and shall fix his roots as Lebanon; his branches shall go forth, and his honor shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon; they that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall vivify the corn, and blossom as the vine; his memory shall be as the wine of Lebanon (Hosea 14:5-7);

where corn denotes spiritual good and wine, spiritual truth. In Isaiah:--

The curse shall devour the earth. The new wine shall mourn, the vine shall languish, all the glad of heart shall sigh (Isa. 24:6, 7);

where the vastation of the spiritual church is treated of; the new wine mourning denotes that truth shall cease.

[4] In Jeremiah:--

Jehovah hath redeemed Jacob. And they shall come and sing in the height of Zion, and shall flow together unto the goodness of Jehovah, to the corn and to the new wine, and to the oil, and to the sons of the flock and of the herd (Jer. 31:11, 12);

the corn and new wine denote good and the derivative truth oil, the good from which they come, and which is from them; the sons of the flock and of the herd, the truth which thus comes therefrom; and as these things have such a signification, they are called the goodness of Jehovah."

[5] In Hosea:--

She did not know that I gave her the corn, and the new wine, and the oil, and multiplied unto her silver and gold which they made for Baal. Therefore will I return and take away My corn and My new wine in their appointed season, and I will pluck away My wool and My flax (Hosea 2:8, 9);

where the church perverted is treated of; and it is manifest that by corn is not meant corn; nor by new wine, new wine; neither by oil, silver, gold, wool, and flax, are such things meant, but those which are spiritual; that is, those of good and truth.

[6] In like manner where a new church is treated of, in the same Prophet:--

I will betroth thee unto Me in faithfulness and thou shalt know Jehovah. And it shall come to pass in that day that I will hearken to the heavens; and these shall hearken to the earth; and the earth shall hearken to the corn, and the new wine, and the oil; and these shall hearken to Jezreel (Hosea 2:20-22);

where Jezreel denotes a new church. In Joel:--

Awake ye drunkards and weep, and howl all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine, for it is cut off from your mouth. The field is wasted, the land mourneth for the corn is wasted, the new wine is dried up, the oil languisheth (Joel 1:5, 10).

[7] Again:--

Rejoice ye sons of Zion, and be glad in Jehovah your God; for He hath given you the early rain for righteousness; and He will cause to come down for you the rain, the early rain and the latter rain in the first. And the floors shall be filled with pure corn, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil (Joel 2:23, 24).

Again in the same Prophet:--

And it shall come to pass in that day that the mountains shall drop down sweet wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the brooks of Judah shall flow with waters, and a fountain shall go forth out of the house of Jehovah (Joel 3:18);

where the Lord's kingdom is treated of; and by sweet wine by milk, and by waters, are signified spiritual things whose abundance is thus described.

[8] In Zechariah:--

Jehovah their God shall save them in that day as the flock of His people. For how great is His goodness! and how great is His beauty! corn shall make the young men to flourish, and new wine the virgins (Zech. 9:16, 17).

In David:--

Thou dost visit the earth, and delightest in it; Thou greatly enrichest it; the stream of God is full of waters; Thou preparest them corn; the meadows are clothed with flocks;the valleys also are covered over with corn; they shout for joy, they also sing (Ps. 65:9, 13).

From all this we can see what is signified by corn and new wine.

I find this extremely interesting as many other well known Prophets have been prophesying new wine. I myself have heard this for about 4 months. I actually fasted from August 20th until two weeks ago with this as my focus. There are many songs about New Wine Arising for such a time as this. My current personal favorite New Wine by Hillsong.

As a church we need to cleanse ourselves and create a new wineskin for the New Wine the Lord is producing. The thing with wine is it takes time.

Back about 7 years ago I began to develop a real love for wine. Though I rarely indulge now, I gained an appreciation for the different flavors that different climates produce. As a child I grew up in a small town in British Columbia called Summerland in British Columbia Canada now known as Wine Country. I had no idea. Coincidence, I think not.

Wine is also produced by crushing, fermenting, pressing, filtering, then bottling. This blog is already extremely long but to a bible study on Wine.

If we follow along in that originally led text though it then proceeds to talk about the weeds. Don't we love those darn weeds! They are never ending. No matter how many times I pull them from my garden they still appear.

In connection with yesterdays drea, no matter how many different ways we do church, is it working? REALLY WORKING? Are we reaching the masses? Are we operating in that 'new power, that comes with the New Wine?

Like the text reads we have to let them grow together or we risk loosing the Harvest, the fruit.

When I first moved into my current place, The garden was overrun. I surveyed the overgrown garden and even asked my sister a horticulturist, what's what? There were many shoots that stuck up and in my uneducated gardening mind I had decided they were chives, my sister the 'expert' agreed. We'll a few monthes later, these 'chives' were getting HUGE. When I cooked with them, they didn't really taste like chives. Eventually the stalks startes dying which really added to my confusion. As I proceeded to late plant the remainder of my garden late June. I decided to just pull the dead stalks up and clear space for something at I could plant that a) I could identify and b) wasn't using as much space. To my surprise, when I uprooted the chives, I discovered GARLIC. Which, quite frankly I didn't realise until I had pulled it all up mistaking it for just a bulb. Now I really felt dumb. I started researching garlic, how to harvest it. Little did I know, I was supposed to cut those stalks down so the bulbs themselves could grow. the moral here...sometimes it takes time to identify fruit. We have to let it grow and sometimes it takes more than one season. Similarly to the pearl in the field in the next part of the text. I had this goldmine of garlic I just tossed away! I know now for next year, but digressing back to the initial text the Lord spoke to me, 'Let those who have an ear, let them hear what the Lord is saying.

I admit, here I am, with my new blog. You probably don't know me from Adam, I'm coming out blazing with this powerful word. Even for me.This is how God is, He jam packs us with revelation from the Holy Spirit, and if we give him time He shows up, guns blazing! In a way, I feel like that pearl. Like God bought the whole field for me! Just to find me! He feels that way about you too! I bought the whole field for you! For what he's put inside of you. THat grape, to make New Wine!

What's also so great about this text is right afterJesus talks about those pesky weeds, he talks about mustard seeds and Yeast. Both super tiny and super powerful. He says with just a little faith we can move a mountain. We can do impossible things with the little we have. That little, it spreads. Yeast-which expands the wheat. You know what I mean, you can smell that rising dough in the post. You know how that little yeaast seed expands that wheat. Again, remember corn/wheat= New Wine.

I know this is long, but we're just getting to the part we all want to skip over in the text...you know those scriptures that quote 'gnashing of teeth'

So obviously, we're all here for the same general purpose, save the lost or to live a life that reflects our salvation that hopefully will lead others to that same hope of being a saved fish. To be the yeast that spreads, to be the salt that makes believing in Christ as our saviour tasty.

Yet, somehow, the church is known as sour? That's often the face people make when you mention the church. Just mention another church in your church...#sourface

How is that right about a body? I shouldn't hate my leg, I can't walk without it. I shouldn't hate my midsection, those muscles (I can't see) they hold me upright so I can walk. Those stinky feet at the end of the day, I need to love those feet.

And to wrap it all up with a bow, my personal favorite A Prophet without honor of how a prophet is not welcomed in her hometown. #LIFE

It's been three days since I started this post. I have had dreams/words every night since then. When I woke up this morning, with a revelation which was more personal than this 'word' I felt led to share. My husband said,' I love your dreams hunny.' [ Little does he know these 'dreams' have completely rearranged my day/life] I'm very thankful for the gift, but it comes with much responsibilty. Unless, I choose to go on silent.

Three more verse before I close.

Romans 12:5 so in Christ we who are many are one body, and each member belongs to one another. 6We have different gifts according to the grace given us. If one’s gift is prophecy, let him use it in proportion to his faith;

Ephesians 4:1As a prisoner in the Lord, then, I urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling you have received: 2with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3and with diligence to preserve the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.4There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; 5one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.7Now to each one of us grace has been given according to the measure of the gift of Christ. 8This is why it says:a“When He ascended on high,He led captives away,and gave gifts to men.”9What does “He ascended” mean, except that He also descended to the lower parts of the earth?10He who descended is the very one who ascended above all the heavens, in order to fill all things.11And it was He who gave some to be apostles, some to be prophets, some to be evangelists, and some to be pastors and teachers, 12to equip the saints for works of ministry, to build up the body of Christ,

1 Corinthians 13 1If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a ringing gong or a clanging cymbal. 2If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have absolute faith so as to move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
