Hi, I’m Lisa.

I’ve called Surrey home for 27 years. Chances are, we’ve crossed paths at a farmers market, a rugby game, a community event, a park, volunteering, or maybe even back in High School.

This city isn’t just where I live. It’s home.

​

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in finance, governance and administration, and I’ve built a career around managing resources, solving problems and bringing people together.

​

I recently completed my studies in Local Government Administration at Capilano University, strengthening my understanding of municipal finance, law, services and governance.

​

I’ve also served on boards and worked within Indigenous government, gaining firsthand experience with elected officials, committees, ministries and different levels of government.

​

But my experience is only part of the story.

​

I’ve raised my family here. I’ve supported local businesses. I’ve volunteered. I’ve played, worked, served and built friendships with people from every corner of our community.

​

I ran for municipally in 2018 and again in 2022 and 31,624 Surrey residents voted for me in 2022.

​

I’m running again because I believe Surrey has incredible potential.

​

I want to help build a city where people want to live, work, shop, eat, play, raise their families and build their future.

​

I’m not running because I believe a seat belongs to me.

​

I’m running because so many of you supported me before.
